Introduction Text After 9 years on SP, it is hard to fall off the wagon, but I halfway did! This summer was so chaotic and unpredictable that my healthy habits slipped some, and my exercise habits totally fell away. However, each season is fresh and new, so I am coming back to my healthier lifestyle. I have a totally new life here in OK, we’re retired living around grandkids. Life will be challenging, but I, with the help of my Lord and Sparkfriends will become the healthy Grandma I’ve always wanted to be!

1. Bed before 11:00 2. 1300-1500 cal./day 3. Cardio/ST 4. 5 freggies/day!

I use Leslie Sansone Dvd’s In winter, walk outside in summer! SP workout generator for ST.! My eating guidelines are set by SP!

I live in Oklahoma (Piedmont) with my retired husband, Dale. Mya and Timmy are my dogs. We now also have a rescue kitty, Grey, who loves our new house! We are living a block away from our grandkids now, and other daughter and hubby live a days drive away! Family is closer and more precious these days.

Things I enjoy doing in my down time: crocheting, my IPad , reading! I am a stay at home wife. SP and I have been fast friends for 9 yrs. now and I look forward to many more happy years together!!!
