Well, I am back and ready to continue to reach all my goals. Been a tough road and life just keeps throwing punches but I refuse to throw in the towel. I missed Spark and have decided to get back on. So many great people here and the motivation is truly awesome.
2011 has been good to me...but I am a long way from reaching my goals. I look forward to meeting lots of motivating friends and I hope that I will be able to motivate others. Just remember, you got to go the distance no matter what!!! I have had my trials and hit the mat hard but I am right back up there and ready to go another round. I encourage you to do the same!!!

To reach 12% body fat.

Fight one last amatuer boxing match before I am 50.
Train boxers and maybe eventually open a boxing gym in my area.

Eat 6 small meals a day.
HIITstrength training.
Cardio/Walking 6 days a week.
Reach my caloric goals daily.
Use Boxing as a way to strip off some unwanted body fat.
Watch shows that are motivational.
Journal my experience.

Personal Information:
I have 3 daughters. I reached my goal this year by becoming certified as a Fitness Trainer with ISSA. I use to box as an amatuer in my twenties. I have been a USA Boxing coach in past. I am a Christian and could never be anything else. Jesus Rocks!!!
btw...I am a BIG STEELERS FAN!!!!
I enjoy movies and like to write screenplays in my spare time. My taste in movies is from High Fidelity to Rocky to Lakehouse...I enjoy a variety. Rocky is my favortie with Elizabethtown, my second fav.

Other Information:
"The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!"
