It's true - positive attitude changes everything. The hard part is keeping that notion in the forefront of your mind when there's so much more going on in your life. You have to try though. Because when you have a positive attitude, it's amazing how it affects EVERY aspect of your life! So I am dedicating this spot (my SparkPage) to maintaining a positive attitude. Fitness Minutes: 8,367

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 10% of my starting body weight. That will get me to 164.3.

My second goal is to get to a normal BMI (24.9). That will get me to 154.

My ultimate goal is to get to 135 and be able to shop in the Juniors department so I can dress like a cool, hip mom!

My dream goal is to compete in a fitness model competition! I love having muscles!

My Program:
I'm going to eat clean.

I love the "sculpted" look so I'm going to focus on lifting weights but I know I need to do cardio to burn fat as well.

05/14/2009: My hubby bought me Turbo Jam for Mother's Day (per my request) and I can't wait to get started!!

Personal Information:
I am originally from Michigan but now consider myself a Californian. I have been married to the love of my life since March 2004. We have three children, a girl from my husband's first marriage (born Jan. 2002), a son (born Aug. 2004) and a daughter (born July 2008).

Other Information:
I absolutely love being a mom. I never knew it could be possible to feel as much joy as my children bring me.

    I just read some of your goals and they match mine ( though mine are in my head- not documented- I might add them to my page). I'm now a mom of 4 and am busy. So glad and I came and visited your page again. A lot of my original sparkfriends have dropped off ( like I had for a few years) and am glad that a few are still regulars.

    I'm hoping to stay the course and also get down to 135 and be a hip mom who can dress from the junior section !!! emoticon

    I know what you mean about life getting busy. Last fall we moved to a new house, I went back to work full-time, and my daughter started kindergarten. Then earlier this year my mom was in the hospital for awhile, but she's doing fine now. I reached my goal weight in July of last year, but gained 10 pounds in six months with everything going on. I'd pretty much given up on SP too during that time, but came back to it earlier this year. Since then I've lost 5 pounds and am now trying to lose that last pesky 5. Really, I am SO glad you're back. I have always loved your positive blogs and updates. Looking forward to keeping in touch.
