When asked what the greatest commandment in all of life is, Jesus Christ said, "Hear, O Israel, the Lord your God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength" (Mark 12:28-34). When we seek our Creator above all other things, and submit our lives to him, everything else has a way of falling in place.

So I'm seeking to live a more healthy lifestyle but that's not the main thing that's on my mind. The main thing that's on my mind is loving the Lord my God by being a good steward of this body he's so graciously given me. May he be glorified in my quest for health and yours!

thank you for your comment on my little blog .. I did respond but in case you dont have notifications ..here it is ..

hello all that commented .. funny how just copying a paragraph ..
    to throw it out there
created the assumption that I believed it ..
... what I could do about it if I did ..
as well how not to create more of the same ..

    great discussion thank you ..

I do believe thoughts become things ..
change your thinking change your life ..

the world needs our prayers ..
    no doubt

but it also needs our commitment to ourselves .. as to what is right .. wrong .. tolerable or not .. so we can set some boundaries within our own lives .. our families .. communities and countries .. support those in power that act as we would expect within those boundaries ..

    in my humble opinion ..
    not everything is acceptable ..
    not everything is true ..
not everyone is honest or has your best interest at heart ..

I will continue to pray for truth to be revealed .. that justice prevail .. peace be restored in every soul ..
as well the healing of all .. in every area ..

"all is well" .. feel it in your soul .. share it in your lives ..
    smile ..
    sing
"He's got the whole world .. in His hands .. He's got the whole wide world in His hands .."

    huge hugs ..
