    This has been a CRAZY week, i'm sorry it took so long to reply!! Thanks so much for checking in with me! I just did a marathon relay run this past weekend at the Cincinnati Flying Pig with a bunch of spark people and had a BLAST, no plans yet for the next one :-) I'm getting ready to head out for DISNEY WORLD tonight, so, as you can imagine, busy busy busy!! emoticon
    The BLC will start round 22 on June 5th. Sign ups will be in the next week for former/newb's. Are you a member of the mailing list?! A link will be mailed to the BLC Mailing List for direct access. I'd be GLAD to see you back!!

    Good Golly, Miss Molly! it is great to hear from you. I just moved some compost/clay soil mixed n chopped with green sand and let that set a bit over old straw; now yesterday I planted my little lacinto kale plants;
    my oversize planters are full of mesclun mix and spinach and I am enjoying them yessirreee!

    Still have TONS of work to do in the garden and with working full time swing shift, I am still finding my balance; I don't think it ever ends, tho, you know? that Life IS a Balancing Act!
    Keep in touch and tell me what you are up to. Don't think I will be in BLC anymore but I will be using the tools and visiting pals more soon. Meanwhile, keep on keeping on, girl. emoticon

    Well I am doing ok; leanring how to manage my chronic pain and a new job and a nd=ew shift and a full tie one too; been a whoa nelly winter into spring season throu to fall this year; esp with going back to work and doing it with the cochlear implant I am still rehabbing with. doing things I had not been able to do before and feeling very green hornish lol.

    Bedtime lady and lots to do before I even go in to work at 4; I have lunch and snacks all prepped and ready to roll. Have to do errands tomorrow before I go on in; it is busy right now and soon we should be moving into proper training for processing Liens

    Are you on a BLC team? I am not in right now; not enuu time to honor the teads appropriately.but I do go into the team barb set up for warriors and talk ther
    finally getting my art making space set up and ready to roll.

    Hi, Molly. My knees are fine with the Zumba moves, although I did injure my right lower back/right hip in January. I think I went from not doing anything to doing 2 zumba classes and a hip hop class in a week, that might have been overdoing it! LOL That third session I ended up with muscle spasms 2 days later and I think it might have possibly been due to not stretching out enough afterward and then some stress going on. I ended up on muscle relaxers for a few weeks with NO exercise! It was torture not being able to do Zumba! LOL But I'm better now..I've done the dvd's for a few weeks and before that elliptical work once I was able to workout again. I just attended my first class since the injury last week and so far so good. I just make sure I stretch out on my own afterward and usually I'll hit the elliptical for 20 minutes before class. Have you ever taken Zumba? It's fun. I actually have it at my gym and I have to attend gym 12 times a month for insurance to reiumburse me 20 dollars toward membership fees so that makes it easy. If you're ever interested in taking a class let me know, I can probably get you in on a guest pass.

    No I haven't done any runs or walks since last year. A 5k again sounds good, maybe this time I'd be able to go a bit faster.

    Not planning on the 7k but it sounds like fun.

    Glad to hear you enjoy the kettlebells. That's an early time to do it..I get up about that time! LOL You're about halfway thru the boot camp. Good for you!

    Loving this weather and I hear it's gonna be in the 70's later this week. Spring is finally here.

    Have a good week. I'll have to look at the schedule for walks this spring/summer when I get home. I can't remember the web address off the top of my head but I think I have it saved to faves on my computer at home.

    Hi, Molly. I saw your status and thought I'd come by and say hi. It's been awhile since I've heard from you. I hope all is well with you. What kind of boot camp are you doing and where? Is it in affiliation with a gym? I started taking Zumba classes and fell in love with it! I also have the 2 Zumba dvd sets, the last one I got last week and I'm starting a 10 day program with that, the classes and diet. I also recently rejoined Weight Watchers and am very happy with my decision. My leader is really great and enthusiastic which makes it easy to go to meetings. I have a friend that's lost about 100 pounds and has given me alot of good tips she's learned. I also have 3-4 other friends doing the program as well.
