Hi, my name is Lisa
Im a 41 yrs old, married to the most wonderful man in the world, mother of three young adults, and working full time.
My journey started back in October of 2004 at 235 pounds

I lost 75 pounds by March of 06, but then got too comfortable and gained back 35! I have learned that when you LOSE weight, you can FIND it again. This time, my pounds will be GONE!
