1. drink 8 cups water everyday.

2. 10 mins exercise daily.

3. upbeat song daily

Medium term

1. LOSE ONE DRESS SIZE IN 1 month

LONG TERM
1. LOSE 50 pounds.

work out 3 times a week

Personal Information:
My hubby is retired Army and I did 7 1/2 yrs myself. We have 4 girls.
I am a grandma.
I have 4 granddaughters and 1 grandson.

Other Information:
 I am a HUGE Star Trek fan and BSG. I watch entirely too much tv and thanks to DVR I catch my ABC soaps at night.
