My Goals:
My Goal- First and foremost is to be healthy it's not just the numbers on the scale for me- I am doing this not just for myself but for my family.

My New goals/motivation:

7) lifetime health goal 50 lbs
8) Fit for life- get it off and keep it off!

My Program:
Right now I am just trying to find a system that works for me. I have lost weight in the past. You name it, I've tried it other than surgery. This time, I want to make it a lifestyle no quick fixes, gimmick.

Personal Information:
I am married w/children! My husband and my girls are my pride and joy and I am truly blessed to have them in my life. I must do this....I will do this for myself and for them!

Other Information:
Not so new to this weight loss game. I lost 40 bs in 04, but then got pregnant with my 2nd daughter. I was a stay at home mom at the time and ived in the gym I worked out 3x a day and lived on chicken & broccoli. But it was too restrictive! The 2nd time I joined Weight watchers online in 07 and 3 months later I was 30 lbs lighter. I also restricted myself too much trying to focus only on zero to 5 point meals. I went back to my old ways slowly but surely. I also didnt like to make 2 seperate meals one for me and one for the rest of my family. This time I am combining the "good" from all of the methods I have tried and finding my own way....I don't want the word Diet is not in my vocabulary..............this is truly a lifestyle change for me!
