    Thanks for the spark goodie, and your encouraging words.

    I think that I might have mentioned that I baked cookies on Sat last, and that I did not eat any while I was baking them. I did have a few that evening, but at down with a glass of milk and enjoyed them instead of mindless eating. The, I put them all in bags to be sent to the designated receiver of the gift of cookies, and then did not want any more.

    So, it seems that by not eating them when I was baking them, I was able to at least battle against the mindless eating.

    Maybe something like that could work for you.

    IT is all trial and error my dear. Good luck.

    Enjoy the season, and let go of as much of the stress of the worry about eating as you can.

    I know that I am more successful the less pressure I put on my self to NOT eat something.

    I try to make it be my own choice, not a requirement or a rule.

    It is really so hard to not eat something you tell yourself you cannot have.
