My Goals:
To become as close to the person I would be if the whole Adam and Eve thing hadn't happened.
1. To learn not to hate my body if it doesn't measure up to Holleywood's standards.
2. To not worry about whether other people are judging me for my weight.
3. To eat as nutritious food as I can afford without ever giving up the sensual pleasure inherent in food.
4. to exercise aerobically to keep my heart strong.
5 to strengthen my body enough to do what I need it to do.
6. to change my focus frombeing a good weight to being in good health.
My Program:
1.recording my food intake to keep my nutrients and calories in balance
2. Cardio exercise 5 days a week
3. Strength exercises 2 days a week
4 reading positive blogs/messages
5. refusing to wallow in negative feelings about my weight and body
Personal Information:
SAHM to 5 lovely ladies from age 20 to 4 years. I am a Catholic convert and Benedictine Oblate who loves to cook, read and teach.

My Goals:
