    OK so once again I'm starting again. I have been eating way too much Kandy. And I had 4 crashes and and 4 days in a row call. Is like I'm working really hard to become a diabetic so this week I have had no sugar honey no candy. And have been logging

    Thank you for the response, I appreciate it. I like being able to keep the log. Sometimes I'm really surprised at what amount of fat and carbs are in something. My aim which I am not keeping is to keep my fat low my carbs last low and my protein high

    Hi,,, hope you take Teresa's invite below and join us on the Biggest Loser Challenge . That's okback2meagain. This team is helping(plus the 5% Challenge which will reope in 2 weeks from Saturday. I'd of not have the success without them

    I get the limited mobility .As you read on Spark Spotlight about how scared I was,,,am not now,,,ending up at that time quickly in a nursing home!! I was in my early 50s..

    Slowly losing is GREAT!!! Congrats!! I've found over the years those of us who it this way,,,,even if its because we have No choice, are learning about ourselves . making the changes from the inside out. Loved eating you're positive comments. Yes, u CAN learn how to get up. At first I stood in front of a chair , bending just a tiny bit and walking my hands up the sides of the chair to the top.once I got down to bending down to the seat level,,, I started to sit down,,, using the sides to stand up,,to using my hands,,arms less and less. Finally, I could stand UP without using them!! At that point every time I sat down, laid down, I no longer used my hands, arms to get up. I started to bend down while facing the chair(straight back is better) and yes, again use hands, arms to "walk," myself back up .Eventually getting lower and lower

    As I was lower to the floor I had someone be with me,,,,got into the tub,,,it has a grab bar(if you don't have one they have the suction ones online,,,reasonable prices. ) we can place them where its easier for us .I went into the tub so I was on my knees. Using the grabbars I got up!!! Ahh freedom!! Hardest part was to overcome my fears!! Within 24 hrs I took my 1st of many baths!! I no longer fear getting up after a fall!! Hope this helps you to have an idea of the steps you feel can help u to do this also
