learn to eat healthy..try to balance excercise..with my weekly schedule.i have been at this forever..make progress and then RELAPSE.i would like to make a healthy LIFESTYLE a PRIORITY in MY LIFE.

try to excercise 3 to 4 times a week.more as often as i can.cut back on the sweets..drink plenty of water..ETC
