Making a new lifestyle of eating and exercise is not always convenient. I need to regain my discipline and good intentions just like I did the weight. My VICTORY must now be expressed as a VISION. I need a new me.   ACTIVE, VITAL, LIVELY!    
My victory must be obtained to enjoy a greater quality of my life. I want to dance all night again even if that means 30 minutes at a time. Lol. With rest.  It truly is all about ME!  
The new vision of victory is at 325 lbs for the summer goal.,
    315  lbs for the fall goal.
    290 pounds for the spring goal.
    55 pounds to walk away by next May.
The second 50 pounds will take me to 240 pounds.
The final goal is 160 pounds.
Yes, I said it out loud for my friends to hear!
Aiming at walking 10 minutes a day to start, mixed with water aerobics. To great progress! Smooches.

My Goals:
The key is to be aware of the good I need to do each day and do those things.
Water aerobics is 3 times a week. Zumba is available and looks like fun. The new vision victory is at 320 lbs.

Change is a constant process, not a far off goal. Life in transition. It truely IS all about ME. Keep it moving!

My Program:
Water myself every two hours. Walk, water aerobics, plain old sit ups, Zumba. Look for new challanges.

I love to read. I watch too much junk TV. I went to a painting art party and it was a blast.

    I read that you want to dance again! Great motivator! Good for your body and spirit! I love music (favs are R&B, Rock, Blues, Zydeco, Pop) and I love to dance! Can't quite get into Zumba...too much choreography perhaps... But you make me SMILE because wanting to dance goes so much deeper than the physical for me! I hope that you are dancing your way to health dear Spark friend! That along with eating the right things to give you energy to move forward can only lead to your best life.
