Up and down..this is MY journey


Hi sparkfriends!! I'm back after gaining all my weight and then some..Need to be able to get out of a mumu and into a bikini!! I want to do it for ME and I know I can.

The biggest goal this year is to stop the emotional/binge eating roller coaster, and to believe in myself.

Excited to be back on spark, and use this place as motivation to keep me accountable to my ultimate goal of getting into the bikini.

My Goals:
Look great in a bikini
LOVE MYSELF
Compete in a bikini competition

Have a healthy relationship with food

Develop a routine with exercise that I stick to

Have a FLAT TONED tummy!

My Program:
 Workout Mon-Fri (unless sick)

Low carb/Clean eating

Water, water, water!

Don't eat emotionally..purely as fuel for my body
