Hi. I guess this is my way of doing something for myself. I'm a Mom of 4 kids and my health and well being sometimes gets left by the curb. I'm hoping that this helps me to remember to take care of me too.

Had my 4th baby on 11/9/11. I still have work to do on my body to get back to where I was. I want to feel good about myself again. I'm committed and know with the help of Spark People and my spark friends that I can do this.

Getting myself back up to running a 5k...or more. It's challenging finding the time with the 4 kids, but it comes down to making it important enough that I can't not do it...just like eating, brushing your teeth, showers, sleep.

Almost to goal weight, so I'm going to kick it in high gear and get there...and maybe beyond. ;)

Fitness Minutes: 13,891

My Goals:
I need to lose my pregnancy weight. I'll start with that. Once I get there, my goal will change. I found a lot of inspiration on SP showing me what I can achieve, and I have future plans for that.


My Program:
Before the 4th baby: 40 min a day of combination of strength and cardio. Usually a Jillian dvd and a P90X or 20 min on threadmill at 5% incline.
-watching sugar, fat, and calorie intake
-incorporating foods with high fiber and protein

After having baby, I didn't exercise much. Now I'm training for a 5k, and doing some strength training.



Personal Information:
I'm a stay at home mom with 4 busy kids (ages 9, 6, 4, and 18 months). I have a great husband that works hard to provide for our family.
