    Thanks for stopping by to comment on my blog. Saw your blog about P90X. I used the DVDs for about 5 months from September thru January. I did a modified version of the "lean" program, using the DVDs 4 days per week and attending a water aerobics class at the Y the other 2 days. I liked some of the exercises better than others. There were some I totally could not do but I modified the moves at best as I could. The program definitely helped me to change up my exercise routine. Before that I was in a rut. My son borrowed my DVDs but I just asked him to return them. I think a second session is in order. Good luck with your weight loss journey.
