Apr 2012:
I just finished BLC18 on the Azure Destinations team, and wow, what a ride it was! I also finished my second round with the Powerful Pink Ninjas...they are my rock, my comfort, my anchor! Between the two teams, I have learned so much in the past 12 weeks about myself, and feel like a different person. I am more comfortable and confident in my current body, and look forward to my continued transformation, both inside and out. In the past 12 weeks, I have DOUBLED my weekly fitness minutes from 100 to 200. I take weekly Zumba and Hot Yoga classes, and walk/run 3x a week to complete my FirstDay to 5K program. The ultimate goal is still Tough Mudder, but I have revised my schedule. Here are my plans:

BLC Club 19 - Focus will be on nutrition and weight loss this round!
Powerful Pink Ninjas - Focus will be on contributing to the community, and giving back, as I have received so much
Slow Carb Diet - Focus will be on being an active team captain setting a good example for others
First Day to 5K program - Tomorrow I complete week 6! Only 3 weeks to go! I will be ready for my first 5K on Memorial Day weekend!
Tough Mudder - They're coming to Va Beach in Jun 2013! I resolve to form a team early enough to participate in this event, and to be in top physical condition in time for the event.

Jan 2012:
I am so excited to enter 2012 and accomplish my new fitness goals! Here are my plans for the coming year:

Biggest Loser Club # 18 - my first BLC challenge!
Supreme 90 DVDs - complete my first round at my own pace
Tough Mudder competition - train NOW to be ready for the event in Oct/Nov 2012
Slow Carb Diet - continue to make this a lifestyle change

25 lbs - bento & accessories
30 lbs - new outfit
35 lbs - vacation trip

My Pink Ninja goal, Sep 28 2011:
I want to lose at least 20 pounds by Dec. 28 so that I can feel more confident when I look in the mirror. If I reach this goal, I will reward myself by buying a new Zumba outfit to show off my svelte silhouette!

My Program:
I am completing another round of the 4 Hour Body program for 12 weeks.
1. Slow Carb lifestyle(similar to Paleo diet)

2. High intensity interval training on the Treadclimber for cardio

3. Lots of kettlebell swings!

4. Weekly Zumba just for fun!
