Thank you for reading my blog, I really appreciate it. No matter what advice we are given, how it is presented or by whom, we must be ready to do the work or change will not happen.

Thanks for posting on my blog about New Year Resolutions and "Whys". I love it when I find out that something I said actually was helpful to someone else! Another Sparker that posted after you gave an excellent idea for when we go searching - Why am I going to eat this? 12 days ago
JIBBIE49 I have listened to the Youtube channel of Dr. John Campbell from England talk on Covid-19 since January. He says the new strain has only changed so it is easier to catch, and will spread faster, but the new vaccines will work against it.
These vaccines have been in research for years and unlike some people want to say they are "done in haste" it isn't true. mRNA vaccines will be used for many illnesses, such as M.S., Parkinson's, and blood vessels that thicken and cause heart disease. Research began back in the '80s with AIDS being caused by a virus. Then there was Ebola, and Sars-1 (2003) and MERS (which kills about 40% of its victims.) This has all been going on for years, so the vaccine will work. 15 days ago

Thanks for your response to my blog about fitness at the Y vs Home. I really missed going to our Y also until I went and saw how non-compliant some other members were with their masks and cleaning equipment. Not holding myself accountable and disciplined at home is one of my concerns too. I have some time to decide and to see how consistent I can be with the Y-tube videos. 20 days ago

Thank you for joining me on my walk through France. Retracing my steps virtually now is a nice way to remember Christmases past and focus on staying mobile so to be prepared for “Tomorrow When the World is Free” (of covid). I also learned that Vera Lynn who sang that song died this year at the age of 103.
