My journey began in February 2010 when a friend recommended SP. My first year went well and I lost over 50 lbs., although I stumbled and regained the weight back and more. I'm currently at my all-time highest weight and it's time to get real. I've refocused and am ready to get it done. To all my spark friends--thanks for your constant support and encouragement. To all the newbies--best wishes on your journey. We can do it!

Fitness Minutes: 9,879

My Goals:
Swim 3x's week for at least 20 mins

Walk 3x's a week for at least 15 mins

Drink at least 64 oz of water a day

Eat 4 servings of fruit and 3 servings of veggies a day











My Program:
 Continue sparking---track, track, track!

Keep it simple.

Use baby steps.

Build momentum along the way.




Personal Information:
I'm 41, Native American from northwest Montana. I'm a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. I like to travel and play volleyball.

Other Information:
 I love spending time with my numerous neices and nephews, going to the movies, bowling and scrapbooking.
