Thanks for commenting on my blog page. You are so right. I am learning more and more that scale weight is just that. A number. I am keeping track of my fat % and BMI and all of that. Beer is a GREAT nutritional treat ;) At least to me. I am leaning toward the same - no soda, beer for the carbonation (and the other good side effects of beer!) ONLY on the weekends! Thanks for the comment and your encouragement on my blog. 3291 days ago
I just wanted to leave you a reply to the comment you gave me. Thank you for your encouragement. I am absolutely in love with the weight room- I don't see myself ever going back. I know figuring out the nutrition will take a bit more time but I'm getting there. It's so great having such supportive and helpful lifting partners to keep me in line! Those are both great sources for info as well! I will have to do some reading later.
