Fitness Minutes: 1,265

My Goals:
Although no matter what size I am or have been, I have had NO major health issues ... and I want to keep it that way, so ....
1. Be Healthy
2. Look and feel good
3. Get back to the size I'm most comfortable in and STAY THERE!!
4. Get back into my FAVORITE PANTS!!!
I'm sure there's more, I'll add as I think about them!!

Short term Goals:

1. Lose 25 lbs. by Christmas 2015

2. Lose 25 lbs. by Valentines day 2016

3. Lose 25 lbs. by my Birthday in May 2016

4. Lose 25 lbs. by Mid August 2016

5. Lose 20 lbs. by End of October 2016

This will put me at my goal weight for the first time in over 7 years!!!!!!


My Program:
I'll be tracking my food intake, which is how I lost the 120 pounds last time ... This time I will NOT regain it!!

NO EXCUSES!



Personal Information:
I live in Reno, NV with my wonderful family!!


Other Information:
I just quit my high stress, high activity and high paying job because it was making me miserable. I am now working for a bank, helping with their online banking. I am not making a ton of money, I am not 'critical' to their business ... BUT ... I am HAPPY!!!! .... I get to go in M-F, and have weekends OFF ... I also have a regular schedule ... I get out of work at 3pm. I am regaining my sanity and now I'm going to get back to ME!!!
