    Hey! I just completed week 5 of the c25k program and I had a hard time completeing my day 3 run due to a bad case of shin splints. I wanted to know if you had any advice for me? I have the right running shoes and I stretch before I run but the ran was just really painful this morning. I thought you would be the right person to ask I want to eventually be running 10Ks like you lol.

    I'm not doing too badly. I was up to 125 recently, but I believe that I've developed more sustainable eating and exercise habits, and this morning I was at 120.2. I only update my tracker on Mondays, though, so I'm going to have to maintain that weight over the weekend. :p

    Thank you, by the way, for your comment about the Couch to 5k group. I'll be searching for it as soon as I've finished typing this comment. :D

    Haha, sorry. I just clicked on your most recent blog posts without looking at the dates. :p

    I noticed you have a lot of sticky posts in the "Goal Under 110" group. The leader was inactive when I joined this site, so after a while I applied for that vacant position with the thought of perhaps reviving the group. As it seems you were once a prominent member, I thought I should offer the position to you, if you want it. I'm not very good at being a leader. :p

    And tbh, my weight goal is not half so important to me as my waist measurement goals. :D I aim low in the hopes that I'll land somewhere in the middle.
