Need HELP


These are probably the most difficult words for me to say. I used to be miss fitness. Walked mountains daily, ate healthy, etc. But since my divorce, I totally let go. I felt like I had failed at the most important goal of my life. Now I smoke, eat junk food, and walk occasionally with my sister. She is a SPARKPEOPLE and has encouraged me to join. It took months, but here I am.
