Be on the path, each and every day.

My Goals:
Getting back to where I was on 8/2/19 :)

Keep on being active! Shoot for gym 3x/week, walking, movement every hour
Keep choosing healthful foods. Emphasize whole, less-processed foods. Use packaged and pre-made foods sparingly.
Get to the next goal number. :)

*My tracker does not reflect my end goal. I will focus on small goals and see how I feel after each one. I and my body will determine what is the best health and size for us.

My Program:
Vegan for life and for all lives.
Working toward more whole, unprocessed foods, intuitive eating, and not confusing "intuition" with "yes I do want the entire package of Oreos."

    Thanks for the team spin tips. I'm amazed you have that "insider" knowledge. emoticon I'm impressed you took the time to copy links, too. I would have helped, yet I couldn't come up with a quick solution. Jill is goofy ("real") and very popular as a result. Her kids and husband are, too. DGS I learned from other SparkPeople grandparents - it referred to my grandson, yet for the life of me at this moment I cannot remember the "D" lol - Darling? I wish I'd stayed anonymous for the same reason. Much easier than hiding. Now you've got my curiosity, though. I thought you were just a very private person. emoticon I'm smiling; you just have a way of bringing that out of me. Have a good evening.

    I checked my settings and don't see how I set my blog to private. Is making my page just for SparkFriends how that happens? For legal reasons with my DGS, protection, I've had to really be cautious what's available online for a decade. Hard lessons, high cost to him and his divorced family. Maybe I can copy it to you, or just provide the YouTube link? Jill has SO many wonderful recipes. I've made a whole playlist.
