Time to update!!!!

A bit about me: I have several jobs, as the market where I live is very slow, like many are!! I first and foremost am a favorite job!! I have 3 grown kids..but they will always be my kids no matter how old they are!

I own a small custom bakery, which is across the street from my home. I specialize in wedding and celebration cakes and you can often see a picture of one posted on my blog!

Then comes the horse show announcing..I do this mostly for fun..I grew up with horses, my daughter showed for years and we had quarter horses, and I have one of those voices, so there you have it!!!

I had a knee replacement with major complications, and its been a long haul coming back. It will never be fully ok, but we do with what we are dealt, right?

I am 3+ years into keto. Down 150 pounds. At a healthy weight but would still like to try for 20 more just to see what it feels like to be normal according to the charts.

I have a keto line at the bakery, teach keto classes at the local BOCES adult ed center, and live it daily.

My girl Lucyfur continues to defy the odds and is still with me. Shes the light in my life these days (besides my kids!) and the reason i get up in the morning!! So happy that i've had almost 7 years more with her than the vets said i would. Hope she doubles that, or more!!!

I'm on the winter 5% team...GO FIRECRACKERS!!

My Goals:
exercise: shooting for 120 mins a day. EVERY DAY.
Add weights 4 days a week along with the cardio and toning. At this point i was only doing them 3 days a week.
Work on making food LOW priority instead of thinking about it constantly.

My Program:
I do beachbody 21 day fix, hiphop abs, leslie sansone videos, and i walk. walk. and walk some more!

ok here goes:
I am first and foremost a Mom. My 3 grown kids are so important to me!
I have 2 cats, my Newfoundland, Lucy--light of my life besides my kids!! She keeps me sane...
I have several jobs: I own and operate a bakery, I'm a horse show announcer. I am involved with my alma mater on the alumni board of directors.

Other Information:
I love all things Harry Potter, am a proud DHOH for Hufflepuff House on our team here.
I love to read.. Love movies, Classic Rock and a little (very little) Country for music.
I love to swim and hike, love the snow, hate hot weather unless i'm near water i can BE IN.

    one of the trivia question said it took 3500 cal to gain a lb, which in reverse you need to eliminate or burn 3500.. Right?

    My body has sat at the 220 mark for years, with me eating 1,000 to 2,000 cal a day.

    I am still figuring it all out, yes calories are low but here the thing, my actively levels are also.
    I am getting minimum of 20 min cardio per day
    I am lucking to hit 3500 step in a day.
    so to loose the fat I need to work on input to out put.. calories can be lower at this time.
    my body needs a wake up.. hence keto..
    happy to say it is working, I can see the fluid coming off which had = inflammation wooop wooop excited to see it go
    the more active I get I'll increase
    I eat if I AM hungry.. also okay with long fast daily and eating one meal a day

    I love salads, it is shocking how many carbs are in veg

    I have been eating 1 or 2 meals a day, no snacks Today day 4 cravings hit and I was tired, LOL even took a nap. which is why I was wondering about a simple fat bomb.

    I too need this for my body, I need the inflammation out I can feel it coming off, LOL of course here at the beginning I am on potty often

    I thought it was crazy, switching to eating a so called keto bar isn't really changing your eating. Follow the money, everyone that promotes how healthy keto is, often are selling fake version of what you shouldn't be eating anyway.

    Did you find any simple for a fat bomb?
