Update October 3, 2013:
Restarting this after a rough 2.5 years. Im going to get back to eating healthy, running and taking care of myself! Here I go!!

Update March 7th, 2012:

The past few months have been hard. I have struggled and push my commitment to weightloss, fitness and health aside. I used stress as an excuse to be lazy and unhealthy.
I am recommiting to this process and to my own health and happiness. I know that I am a much better version of myself when I am actually taking care of myself.
I've got some ambitious plans for the next 16 weeks. I am going to get to my goals and finally (after years and years and years of struggling) see 125 on the scales!!

Here goes my journey!

I am 29 years old. I have a fantastic life.
My weight is the one thing that is holding me back from truly loving my life.
My 30th birthday is fast approaching and I don't want to go into my 30s still struggling with my weight.
I am going to spend the few months committing myself to being fit, healthy and happy.
I am going to challenge myself in the next few months. I will push my limits and see how awesome I can truly be.
I am going to try and get past some of my fears.
I am going to be the priority.
I am going to do this!

A little bit about me....
I have struggle with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have had some successes with weight loss but ultimately I have failed. I use food to comfort and to celebrate. It is my go-to when I am happy, sad, stressed, comfortable, uncomfortable. I come from a family that deal with any emotions with food. I know that this needs to change because my entire family is slowly killing themselves with food. I am hoping to change myself, and maybe inspire them to change also.
