    Thanks for stopping by my page, and so quickly too. Matter of fact, I think I was editing something on the comment I'd left on your blog when you were leaving your comment on my page.

    As I look at your page, I realized you're about the same age as my baby. I don't know if you noticed or not, but I have five kids and seven grandkids.

    Being a registered nurse certainly can be grueling when it comes to the shifts. Hey, you're young; maybe by the time you're my age you'll have it down pack--not! All I can suggest is do try to set yourself on a somewhat routine.

    Years ago, I was a telephone operator, though most of the times I worked days, or split shifts (Yuck!), every once in a while I'd work an all nighter for some of the ladies. And, at that time, I used to burn the candle at both ends. I soon found out I couldn't keep that schedule up. I finally learned that it was best if I'd make myself go to bed within a couple of hours of getting home from work and made myself get up at a certain time (if not, I'd sleep until it was time almost to go back to work.) ; that way, I could still get some things done and not feel like all I did was work and sleep.

    I also notice that since you've joined SP you've lost five pounds. Congratulations! Forge ahead! Two steps forward and one step back is still a step in the right direction! Slowly but surely, you will reach your goal; and when you do, you'll have learned how to live a healthier lifestyle.
