SW: 246 After birth: 230 Restart sparking: 214 CW: 175 Goal: 145 I am once again on the weight loss wagon after delivering my second child in March 2018. At the end of my pregnancy I topped out at 246lbs after getting to 173 after my first baby. I am currently 204lbs, and ready to get back into fitness. I would like to eventually get down to 145lbs. I'm taking this a day at a time, and trying to change my lifestyle for the better! Update: I just over a month in, and I'm feeling great. I am around 20lbs lighter, weighing in at 195. It's easier to exercise, both running and yoga are coming naturally to me again! I am a more easy-going wife and mother, and less stressed. I have had a couple of week moments, but sucked it up and stayed the course. I am so excited to see what is next. I hit a large goal milestone! I am now 185, which means I'm overweight instead of obese! It's all happening very fast. I am not starving myself. I eat 1500-2000 calories a day, depending on my activity. I still do yoga at least 5 days a week, and kettlebells 1-2 times a week. I go jogging 2-3 times a week, and walk somewhere if it's a reasonable distance. I'm loving my attitude at this weight, I have confidence again! I love fitting into my old clothes. I like makeup again! And denim is comfy as it no longer cuts into my gut. Healthy lifestyle is 10x better than unhealthy lifestyle. I'm happy and more myself. Update: I am starting to train for 5k runs! I was a runner in high school, although I focused on sprinting. I've discovered I DO like running farther, and that I am capable. I'm currently doing 8 minute miles for 2 miles of running. I want to up that to 3 miles at 8 minutes each. A long term goal of mine will be earning a medal 😍 Update: I am now a size 12, and still loving fitting back into my old things! Where I have wardrobe gaps, I'm buying 2nd hand because I see no reason to buy new things every couple of months. When I am where I want to stay I will get a few items I love as a reward. I am still running when I can, but it is hard as I live in a northern state with young children. I do have a treadmill, but it's not the same as an outdoor run. I am still doing yoga and kettlebells, and add extra reps when needed! I am feeling better and better. I am a hobby baker. I find it easier to just taste when necessary, and (usually) do not eat the leftover frosting! I give away or sell most of the treats. I do still eat cupcakes, just not so many 😉
