I am back, after 8 years of being away I am ready to start again.

I had a lot of success the first time, but I let life get in the way and slipped back into old habits and picked up additional ones. I am ready to make a change and get in better health.

I am married and a mother of three. I dream of one day having a house with a large property and work on being self-reliant and setting up a homestead.

My Goals:
Short term goals:
* Lose 4% of my body weight by 9/2. I joined Diet Bet for motivation.
* Start walking 5 times a week with my children. Right now I can do 3 laps, by September I want to be at 8.

Long term goal is to lose over 100 pounds which is so daunting... one step at a time


My Program:
 I am not following a specific program.
I have found that logging everything I eat is the most helpful for me.
I am trying to remove processed food from my diet.

    The Scorpio child is born to a father who had issues with having a child, so the sensitive little child picks up the vibes and learns not to trust, and to always be suspicious of the motives of others. This may not have ever been talked about in the home, but the Scorpio child just "knows" things when they aren't right. This often leads to being a loner, who learns to be leary of others.No matter how much success Scorpio has in his/her life, it is always a struggle.     So, Scorpio loves to be out in the open spaces and wants to be on her/his own. Scorpio has health issues with the thyroid and the reproductive organs. Scorpio has drive and can stay with something, so they are the masters of their own fate. The Scorpio woman most often is the breadwinner of the family. Sally Field said "I was the Little Red Hen."
