    Aw =] And I am thankful for YOU as a sparkbuddy! =D I would love to hear more about Herbalife! I feel like I've read that term somewhere...My hubby would probably really benefit from it, because he SUCKS at eating vegetables =/ Something we were talking about last night is my thinking that he's gluten intolerant (his sisters and mom are as well) and I'm thinking that might have something to do with it as well.... But it's such a HARD change... I told him that I'm willing to do it with him if that's what he needs to get started. Which kind of scares me, but I think would also really help all of us!

    My husband has been dealing with the same exhaustion issues.. =/ Him and I were just having a Looooong conversation about that last night. It sucks =/ I'm sorry that you're dealing with it also! But you gotta do what you gotta do! Right??

    I get my workouts from a variety of different websites =] Bodyrock.tv, Bodyripped.net (that's Kyla's), Lovingfit.com, Myomytv.com (though I haven't done those as much lately...) and another current fave of mine to keep up with currently is Vivacefitness.com. Mostly her youtube channel though =]

    There are so so many! Check any one of those out and you wont be disappointed! =]

    As far as TIME that I fit my workouts in, I usually do them mid day while me son is napping. That way I don't have to split my focus =]

    Hey Tina! Thanks so much for thinking of me and checking in! I haven't been around SP that much lately either.. still getting emails for a few things but really not being active =/ I've had to take some time to focus on MYSELF while I was dealing with some hip/pelvis alignment issues! Things are looking better now, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I have just started working out again off and on but took over a month off.. so weird! But didn't gain any weight! So that's good! =]

    That's cool that you were part of a challenge, but I'm sorry it just wasn't the right thing for you! =/ 5 lbs in one week is crazy!!!! I wonder if she was starving herself or something - LOL! Also, exhaustion is a serious thing!!! Don't push yourself to THAT point =] What all has been going on, keeping you so busy?
