I just wanna feel better, move more easily, and look better in pictures.
My Program:
Stick to daily nutrition goals: within calorie range, 5 fruits/veggies a day, water. TRACK IT.
10,000 steps per day
Exercise 30 min day/5 days a week
Stay active on sparkpeople- stay accountable!
Personal Information:
Single mother. (Previously) Lazy eater. Firespinner. Water lover. Daydreamer. Head in the clouds and feet on the ground.
