My name is Wendy. I am a mother of three and a wife to the most wonderful man in the world.

I have about 50 pounds to lose before our family vacation in August. My motivation is a little lax now that I'm older and I must admit for quite some time it didn't bother me. However, now looking in the mirror and seeing that return image I'm completely disappointed in myself and looking for help keeping on that straight and narrow path.

Looking forward to a better me, with a little help from you!

My Goals:
1) to start on a healthier lifestyle w/ food and excercise
2) Excercise 5x's a wk
3) Be more health smart
4) Just be happier w/ myself as a whole every week.
5) Wake up and smile everyday


My Program:
I plan to start eating healthy everyday and doing at least 30 minute of cardio 5 x's a week, working up to a Beachbody Cardio Program and Starting up Hot Yoga.



Personal Information:
My name is Wendy and I have hit the 40 some bracket of life. I didn't think I would be here so soon. I am a wife of a 15 year marriage and a proud mother of 3 children. We are a very close family and always have somewhere to be. For so long, my family has been my everything and I put myself and my needs on the back burner. Today, I start taking the right steps forward to manage both.


Other Information:
I love going jeepin, going on long meditational walks, cooking feasts for the family, listening to the piano, watching soccer, and having lunches with my friends/family. God Bless.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    Coffee is my gift to myself! I allow myself 1-3 c./day without any side effects. There have been studies either way, I prefer to go pro coffee-but SP has several good articles on coffee consumption!

    I can't speak for everyone here but I follow the everything in moderation rule. I am a coffee drinker and can't imagine giving it up totally. So, I guess I would say to find a happy medium for yourself.
