Sharon is on this journey and I want my SP friends to join me. I am starting to eat and sleep nothing but Sparkpeople. I have a life to look forward to and I am thanking God for abling me to be here. I am starting to have that Sexy body that I have always wanted. Instead of going to lunch, I go to the gym!!!!! When I am finish, I am refreshed and shining like the sun up above!!!! See what God can do for us!!! He is so Powerful and I am trusting and letting him lead and guide me to all Truth!!!!

Enter a summary my goal is to loose weight to be healthy and look good! I look good now but I want to look better!!! I am going to get there with the help of God and Sparkfriends!!!!!

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.I am drinking water like a camel and eating more veg. I am exercising like crazy and feeling great!!!
I go walking at the Town Common, which has a trail and I love it.

    The trick to passing the pizza test is to not take the first bite... not even a nibble of the toppings. Pizza places always have salad, which is a great alternative (just be carefule on the dressings).

    Just remember that small changes are the ones that stick. If you try to suddenly change everything you ever ate, you might not be able to stick to it right away. The best thing is to track everything you eat. But also remember that you are changing habits, for the rest of your life. So make a decision of something you are going to change forever, and stick with it. When that is "normal", make another.
    I started to get back into shape 3 years ago. I've lost 37 lbs., my blood pressure is now normal and I am no longer pre diabetic. I also had a baby at 44 last year, and got back to my pre pregnancy weight within a month. The secret to my success is that if I get on the scale and weigh one or two lbs. more I immediately start to watch what I eat, and exercise more, unlike before where I would not worry about it, after all, "it's just a pound or two."
