My Goals:
I have a lot of weight to lose, but I am aiming for 50 pounds. I'm on my way!

My Program:
 I have a wonderful SparkBuddy that helps me keep on track. I'll also use the nutrition tracker and track my exercise. Key for me is consistency, so that is where I will concentrate.

    Thanks so much, Pam. I've had to turn the news coverage off. They are playing the same thing again and again ... I understand why, they want us to stay home. But, it's just hard to keep watching. I have friends who are not even home yet that left their offices Tuesday at noon. They are all safe, but their vehicles are stuck. They are bedding down in grocery stores, fast food places, etc. We'll melt out of this by Friday.

    Thanks for keeping us in your prayers. We need them.
