    Sorry ... I didn't see your comment on the Weekly Challenge until today. But to answer your question ... even though the wording suggests additional exercise & suggests accumulating more exercise minutes than usual, they are just that ... suggestions.

    Personally, I feel like challengers should make these "their own," and anything goes as long as they're challenging themselves. The way you've done it is fine! Continue to challenge yourself ... you're doing great!

    Thank you for caring. I don't think help is coming anytime soon. Even my nephew that lives with my mom is about as useless as tits on a bull. He only does what he absolutely has to and I always have to ask. It's very frustrating. The other day he told me he was actively looking for another place to stay because he was a 45 y/o man being treated like a 14 y/o. I wish he would act like a responsible 45 y/o man. That would be helpful.

    emoticon Way to go, making the weekly challenge your own! Be sure to do that each & every week. I have to adjust them, too. The goal is to challenge ourselves & have fun ... and we can do that, even with adjustments. Adding you as a friend :)
