Introduction Text I have been a member of SP since 2008. I did really well when I first found SP but slipped back into bad habits in the early 2010's. I am back now and have been active on the site for a year. My big problem is will power. I have it for awhile then reach what I think is an obstacle and then it's over for me. I do realize that I am my own obstacle. I've also learned that I can't do this alone and joining SP (again)! is a huge step for me as I'm not one to ask for support. I'm hoping SparkPeople and Sparkers will help motivate me to stay on track and I hope to motivate others too. :) "He who knows others is wise: He who knows himself is enlightened." My starting weight is 179 lbs. My goals are to change my eating habits, become healthier, more energetic and to lose weight.

Work on portion control. Everything in moderation.



Hobbies include ~ reading~listening to music~ photography~ watching my local sports teams.
