Damn you, Malomars!


I know what fit feels like, and this isn't it. I'm sick to death of 10 extra pounds and keeping three sizes of clothes in my closet.

And having my kids find "constellations" in the dimples on my thighs, while yes, it's family time, is not really fun for me.

Time to change.

Fitness Minutes: 13,215

My Goals:
I know that to have the "right" BMI I should weigh no more than 136. But I also know that at 140-142 I am very fit, happy and healthy, and below that I have no breasts. So: that's my goal. To get back to that place.

My Program:
 Eat less, exercise more.


Personal Information:
I'm a rocket scientist. Sadly, losing weight is not rocket science.
