My Goals:
I have been doing 3 sets of 30 reps of deep breathing before I fall a sleep, and 3 sets of 30 reps in the morning, I am breathing better

My Program:
 I will eat heathy meals ,do my breathing exercise (as much as I can), sleep 8 hrs, and drink 8+ waters a day


Personal Information:
I will make healthy choices

Other Information:
 my dog likes to play fetch
