Wow, can I ever echo what you wrote in your status!
Things are so "crazy and upside down", here, right now, the only way I can hold on to my sanity at times is to work up a sweat doing something just for myself. (like going to the Gym)
Wish I could go more often, but for now I will take whatever time I get. Anyway, good for you for getting in another 30 minutes on the bike and especially since you know that it is making you feel better - and not just physically, but mentally as well. 3420 days ago

So glad that you are joining this crazy Spark community, LYNNGINN. I am also a a spark friend on Steve's page and, if ya don't mind, I am adding you, too. Please feel free to stop by my page anytime. I am not always punctual about responding to comments, as I am also caring for my Mom, who has dementia, but eventually I do grab a moment here or there to touch base with my buds. Anyway, I can surely relate to your introduction and hope that you can find not only a way to reach your goal/s here at SP, but also, through this site, a bit of an escape from all of the daily demands.
Believe it or not, I think SP is helping to keep me sane. Of course, I am sure there are some here who will say it didn't help at all. 3428 days ago
