Hi, I'm Phyllis from Indiana. I am a happily married woman with 3 daughters of my own and I have gladly added 3 more daughters and a son whom I love dearly. Grandchildren and also greatgrands. We have 2 cats, Annie and Levi, and our newest member of the family is our dog, Lily Mae, Havanese. We are still in the training period and she's one stubborn little gal. I'm here to lose 50 lbs and keep it off. My main problem is staying consistent. I'm trying my best to eat right and after I'm recovered from a sprained foot I'll be able to get back into the exercises I need to do. I'm glad to be back home at Sparks after a long absence. :))

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 lbs. I'm not in a hurry to do it, but I do want to do it right. For the first time in my life, I'm motivated and staying consistent. That's exciting to me since I was a couch potato for so long.

My Program:
My program is to start on my treadmill again, and start power walking using my Leslie Sansone DVD. I plan on losing 50 lbs within a year. Now I need support to accomplish this very hard goal I've set for myself. I WILL DO IT!!

I'm learning to quilt, which I love already. I have made gemstone jewelry in the past and still do somewhat. I love to read, crochet. My faith is unshakable. My mother taught us to love one another, and that there is good in everyone. Be patient and kind and it will be returned. I believe you can do anything you set your mind to do. I WANT to lose weight, so I WILL lose weight. I WANT to live a healthy life, so I WILL live a healthy life. It's a commitment for life. That's how I want to live for my family, and myself.

    I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
