Introduction Text Came to this site in February of 2008; began new lifestyle Aug,9,2007. Hoping for a reduction in medications and being able to have a normal, pain-free life from here on in. I appreciate all the support I get, am very blessed with this site and access to it! This site and all the people on it are a continuation of growth for all involved. It is so true that we are our brother's keeper, we are put here for each other, strangers or not! With a deep faith in my Savior and trust and hope in all that is offered on this site, I will do my best as HE allows me to do to better myself physically, spiritually, and emotionally! We may not always get what we WANT, but we will always get what we need at the time, on HIS timetable, not ours!

1. Get off some of my medications. 2. Keep the diabetes at the stage it is in now. 3.Lose total of 152 pounds. 4. Maintain a new healthier lifestyle to prolong my life.



I reside in Mid -Michigan, love to travel. I have one daughter who is my pride and joy. The greatest thing in my life is my continual discoveries of how HE works in my life!

I look forward to being able to get healthier, shed the weight I need to lose, and start to travel again. I take nothing for granted in my life, my attitude is gratitude.
