Introduction Text I love seeing my son play in the snow. I even like shoveling the snow! But this has been the coldest and snowiest winter on record in MI. I am just ready to go for walks on nice warm days able to smile and enjoy the roses!

1. To lose 70 pounds 2. To walk a mile every day for a year. 3. work out at least 3 times a week for at least 60 minutes per session with at least 35 minutes of the time dedicated to cardio. 4. To be able to run 1 mile with out stopping to walk! Goal actually met on 7/30/09 5. to do Zumba every week.

I go outside and walk my dog at least 1 mile everyday since August. I do Zumba fitness at the Y every weekend. And I plan to start lifting again soon.

I am from Detroit MI I am 44 years old Married with 4 children. I have 3 sons ages 22, 14, and 4 years old. My daughter is 16 years old. I am a middle school social studies teacher.
