Introduction Text I am very motivated to learn to eat right, and to exercise faithfully! I am currently working very hard to achieve these goals. I want to be thinner the next time I see my daughter and grandkids! I hope to lose enough weight to be healthy and get off my current pills for HBP and diabetes!

To loose weight, to get in better physical shape. To get healthy enough to get off some medication! I made the above goals when I joined. I since have become very sick. I have Multiple Myeloma, a blood cancer that is not curable. I have had two large blood clots in my left leg. So instead of getting off medicine, I have added some. 2 years ago I went to Seattle and had a SCT. My how the years change your goals!

I like bowling, clogging,line dancing, quilting, scrapbooking, and reading. I have one child, and 2 grandchildren, and 2 step grandchildren! I enjoy watching sports. Especially Casper ubaseball team, CO Rockies, Denver Broncos, and sometimes the Aves also any of the grandkids sports if I can attend. They live 5 1/2 hrs away in CO.
