Hello my name is Courtney and I am a strong, loving and ambitous woman. I love my family truly and I want to be a healthier person for them. God is the source of my strength and without him this weight loss wont be possible and so I believe he will lift me up in this journey. I am going to be a millionaire in the next few years so I need to start walking and looking like success. I am tired of looking 35 when I am only 26. No offense to the 30 year old club I just believe I should look my age and my weight plays a big part in that. I am finally ready to stop talking about weight loss and conquer it. I want to see it for myself. I have been over weight for as long as I can remember, as some may say the thicker girl in the group. As of today I am not going to be that girl anymore! Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world.

Jan was an okay start but it could hve been better. I had a number of set backs and excuses that led to the scale going back and fourth and I was stuck on 228 seems like forever but I learned that with any program you ahve to be consistent.

Month of February
Today I decided no more weekly scale measurements because it makes me mad when I am putting on muscle and loosing fat. So I will wait until March 5th before I weigh in again

March 5th came and I have gained muscle and increased my water intake. No sale measurements this time. I can honestly say I have lost inches but not weight technically. People can see it now in my face. So for March Madness I plan to step it up a notch! Three mile walks five to six days a week and water, water, water. In April I will be 8 pounds lighter and 8 pounds closer to my goal. I will log on every day mon through fri and huddle with at least two teams a day. Consistency is key!

Leslie Sansone's WATP 2, 3, and 4 mile walks in home for exercise

2. Strength training Mon, Wed and Friday.

3. 50 Crunches 3 days a week.

Meals total 400 calories everyday with a healthy snack.

Personal Information:
My name is Courtney, I am married to my college sweetheart, we met at FSU and we have two beautiful children a son and a daughter. I love to cook and bake and I love spending time with my husband and children. I recently moved from Jacksonville, FL to Maryland, Germantown and I am doing good away from my family but I need to become more health focused. My family has a history of health issues from my parents on up and it ends here. I want to be an example to my family that you do not need Hydroxycut and seafood diets to be fit and healthy.

Other Information:
Toni Braxton is my ideal because she has the body type I am striving for and not only is she beautiful she also has a son who is autistic. My son has a severe learning delay that could be related to autism but we are fighting through and my son needs a healthy mommy to help him be the best person he can be. So I support him by being healthy and for my daughter as well.
