I had lost and gained the same 40 pounds twice in my life and I was tired of the yo-yo effect on my body and choose RNY gastric bypass because I want to be healthy and finally beat my stuggle. HW-1/15/11: 255 Surgery Day 2/25/11: 241.2 3/4: 235 3/11: 230.8 3/18: 226.2 3/25:221.2- One month post op-down 20 pounds 4/1: 220.0 4/8: 217.8 4/15:213.4 4/22: 210.2- Almost 2 month post op- down 11 pounds 4/29:206.6 5/6: 204.8 5/13: 204 5/20: 201.8 5/22: 199.6 ( I AM IN ONEDERLAND!!!) 5/25: 198.8- 3 month post op- down 11.4 pounds 5/27:198 6/3:195 6/10: 192.2 6/14: 191 (Now in overweight category) 6/16: 189 6/25: 187.2 -4 month post op down 11.6 pounds 7/1: 184.2 7/8: 185.6- UGH! First "gain" 7/15:184.2 7/22: 179.8 7/25: 180.2 (TOM!!) 5 month post op down 7 pounds 8/5: 177.8 8/12: 175.4 8/19: 174.0 8/24: 171.2 -6 month post op down down 9 pounds TOTAL FOR 6 MONTHS: 84 pound loss from heighest weight or 70 pound loss from surgery!! 8/26: 170.6 9/2: 169.8 9/9: 170.4 9/16: 167.4 9/23: 166.2- 7 month post op down 5 pounds I started going to school, so I weighed in a lot les...sorry! 10/24: 163.2 11/13: 159.6 12/14: 155.0 AT GOAL

1. 5 miles on the elliptical or 3 miles on the treadmill 4 times a week 2. Lift weights 3 times a week. 3. Take all vitamins daily. 4. Drink as much liquid as I can

1. Go to the gym Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Friday's are a bonus. 2. Get on Sparkspeople and keep up with message boards.

I am from Garland Texas. I have 3 boys aged 17,13, and 11. I also have a 6 year old little girl (mini-me). I am married to a wonderful husband that also loves to eat...yes this is a hard road :) I love my God Jehovah and am glad to know the truths of the Bible and treasure the privledge of sharing them with others.

The only person who can change my outside to reflect my inside is me!
