    Good morning! My soreness is a good sore! I took a pilates class yesterday at my Fitness Center. I'm sore everywhere from using different muscles. Are you ready for more snow in IL? I'm not a winter person. We're going to Mexico in February. I can't wait to lay in the sun again! Have a great day! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hi! I did get my walk in yesterday. It was such a beautiful day. This morning I was at the Fitness Center at 5am. I like to go early and get it over with. If I wait until evening I'll make up excuses to not go. I enjoy doing the elliptical and lift weights. I took a total body workout class on Monday at 5am. My legs and arms have been so sore. I'm not looking forward to the cold weather and snow. I don't like walking outside when its slippery. Two years ago I fell on ice and tore my knee up. I will just go to the gym I guess.     Good morning! Hope you have a great day. I'm so excited! I weighed in this morning and lost 1 Ib. Any loss is a good for me! I've lost a lot of weight but just can't get off the 20 Ibs. I need to lose. I'll make it eventually! I'm going to walk outside again this morning as it's another sunny day in Central IL! I'm watching the DVD The Help.     I currently live in Illinois, but am a Wisconsin transplant who came here for career purposes. I will probably return to Wisconsin upon my retirement, which will probably be in 5-10 years.

    Having been born in Wisconsin, of course, one is infected from birth with the Packer Fan virus. However, logistically and ticket-wise, Milwaukee Brewer games are far easier to attend, so have been to more Wisconsin baseball games than football games.

    My Illinois co-workers have tried to get me to become a Bears and Cubs/White Sox fan, but to no avail.
