    Hi, PP! I saw your post on the 50+ chat list and I was wondering if you had ever tried working out to DVDs? Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds and/or Biggest Loser's Powerwalk might work for you. If a spot is too much for you (like when they do sprints on BL) you can walk through those parts and still get a good workout. I have lost 17 pounds (though very slowly, and in spite of a dead thyroid) using that type of workout. They even have teams for Walk Away The Pounds users. Check them out, and good luck on your journey to good health!
