Want to lose twenty pounds before the year is out. I enjoy life a bit to much. Still trying to find that balance between enjoying life and being healthy. Life does however get in the way of me eating healthy and working out. Still working on my motivation and having enough will power to stay focused. I know that planning is the most effective for me. Unfortuantely I do not always stick to plan. One of these days I will have a ahh moment and it will all come together.

I will be fit and healthy in 2011! This is my year.

Cardio 5x a week

My Program:
Cutting out booze and most carbs. Adding more veggies and fruits.

Working out:
5x cardio (min 30 min.)
3x strength
1x flex

Personal Information:
I grew up in Long Island and have been living in New York City for the past 11 years. My husband of 4 years and I live up on the upper east side. We both love to travel and to go out to a nice dinner with family or friends on occasion.

I have always truly loved photography. It all started with me as a little girl taking and developing pictures with my father. It has been a fun hobby in the past and now it is my true passion. I eat, drink, breathe and dream about photography. I love the fact that it consumes me. It is when I am truly happy and I get such pleasure out of capturing a moment in time.

Some of my favorite things about taking pictures is capturing that moment. You know the one when you get that glimmer in the eye, the smirk on the lips, the processing of a thought, the laugh that makes everyone smile and that look that can melt hearts. 2011 Goals:

Maintain eating healthy and working out habits. Cut down on carbs and booze. I am worth it!

Be thankful, journal and meditate everyday.

Run for 3 miles straight.

Focus on photography and get business up and running.

    Hello, I recently joined SP as well and am thrilled with it. I agree with you about enjoying life a little too much as we have a close social circle and usually get together with friends Thursday night through Sunday. Add that to my love for wine and appetizers and it's a mess. Good Luck!!!

    Hi there! To make those "virtual" pictures, I went to www.mvm.com (my virtual model). I made my model to be the "current me" and saved the photo (right click, save as) and then I modified the model to be the "goal me" and saved that photo. It's really very fun! Doesn't look a lot like me, but the one I made of my husband is spittin' image - I guess HE'S the one who should be a model!
