Good grief - where did 2012 go?? Seems like only yesterday the world was worrying about Y2K when the calender turned to the year 2000 and now we have made it thru the Mayan predictions and managed to roll over into 2013.
Another year older this month (January) and I am going to adjust my goals. Was soooo nice to go on a holiday to the Dominican in December. Really has recharged me and I am ready.
It is still a struggle to lose these last 10 pounds and as each year goes by the struggle is harder but what the heck I can do it. Will focus on calories vs calories out so that will likely mean ramping up my exercise over the winter. Always easier for me to be active during the snow free months as ranch chores keep me outside most of the day. Winter not so much and I gotta tell you - minus 17 C again this morning and still dark at 7 a.m. does not call to me to be outside.
I am going to try for small monthly goals and see how that works for me.
I have posted a picture near my computer my beach vacation and think that will help me stay motivated!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose a further 15 pounds. My bucket list includes travel to Africa and South America so I need to be fit and healthy!

My Program:
Spark is helping me reach my goals. I keep a daily food journal as well as a daily life journal. Portion control and getting daily exercise is working for me

Personal Information:
I live in southern
Beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I have been divorced for a very long time. I own a beef cattle ranch that keeps me darn busy that has been in our family since the late 1800's. I also work part time in the summer in the forest surveying areas that have recently been harvested. Life is busy but good.

Some of my favourite authors are Wilbur Smith, James Patterson, Greg Isles, Jonathan Kellerman, Diana Gabaldon
