I have been away from spark for a few years. I decided to come back and get back to the basics. The support system here is like non other. I am 5'9 260 pounds. I was 252 pounds a month ago. I injured my back. Was put on a steroid regime and the rest is history. I am unable to strength train in the gym right now. I was instructed to walk. I did 4 miles on Memorial Day and was down for week. I am trying to figure out how I can get out and get my life back on track. I am trying not to get ...
I have been away from spark for a few years. I decided to come back and get back to the basics. The support system here is like non other. I am 5'9 260 pounds. I was 252 pounds a month ago. I injured my back. Was put on a steroid regime and the rest is history. I am unable to strength train in the gym right now. I was instructed to walk. I did 4 miles on Memorial Day and was down for week. I am trying to figure out how I can get out and get my life back on track. I am trying not to get depressed, even though it is very easy. My short term goal is to lose 30 pounds by October and my long-term goal is to lose 60 pounds over the next 10 months. What is unfortunate for me. My body does not lose weight like that. I really need to figure out a plan. I have tried every diet in the book. I just need to get back to the basics and work on me from the inside out.

Eating clean, drinking a gallon of water daily, getting enough sleep, minimizing stress and not worring about things I have no control over..
1. Walking 2 to 3 miles daily until I can get back in the gym
2. physical therapy exercises to rehab my back
3. 128 oz of water daily
4. Meditating daily
5. Keep a journal
6. Intermittent fasting 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
